Women in Natural Sciences – WINS

To promote women in science through networking, mentoring, and educational opportunities for women faculty in CSU’s College of Natural Sciences.

Our vision is an improved and supportive workplace for all women in scientific disciplines that recruits and retains women faculty and educates the next generation of scientists and scholars.

WINS uses an inclusive definition of woman. We welcome all women, cis- and trans-women, genderqueer women, and non-binary people who identify as women in ways that are significant to them, to participate in our activities.

WINS seeks to increase the visibility and education of the diverse scientific community through lectures, networking events, travel awards, and small research grants. These grants are made possible through generous donations. Contributions may be made at: by using the dropdown menu to choose the Women in Natural Sciences Program.
